Case Study

Telecom EE raises Its profile with Digital Job Seekers with help from ThirtyThree and Lengo

EE, part of BT Group, is the largest mobile communications company in Britain. It delivers both mobile and fixed communications services and is the largest operator of 4G services in Europe. Recently, the telecom turned to London-based branding and marketing firm, ThirtyThree, to develop a recruitment awareness campaign to help raise the profile of the EE brand within the technology community.

Campaign Objective

Elevate the EE brand within the technology community

Make digital job seekers aware of hiring opportunities at EE

Attract skilled and passive candidates for key digital roles

The six-week campaign appeared on a number of traditional recruitment websites, as well as several large generalist U.K. job boards. But to ensure the content was seen by “a hyper-targeted audience” likely to have the skill sets and experience EE was seeking to hire, Downie said ThirtyThree decided to use Lengo as a complement to campaign ads running on Dice Tech UK.
